Business Analyst 4010/5010- State Project - Long-Term

Position would located at "Multiple Locations" as we will be starting new enhancements for converting the ICD 9 / 4010 to ICD 10 / 5010 conversions.

Major Position Responsibilities:

A professional, who has a broad knowledge of requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, conversion, implementation, documentation, and maintenance work. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting business needs and translates those needs into system requirements.

REQUIRED:

1)Strong oral and written communications skills. Will be required to create analysis and design documents as part of our development life-cycle.
2)Working within a project team, the Business Analyst is responsible for technical project consultation, initiation, collection and documentation of client business and functional requirements, solution alternatives, functional design, testing and implementation support.
3)Prior experience in Medicaid, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or Healthcare preferred.
4)MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE working on version HIPAA 4010A1 or HIPAA 5010.
5)Responsible for the management of all activities related to the successful planning, documenting, and testing of all work performed by the team.
6)Provides detailed direction and performs specialized analysis and research of systems modifications to solve any scope problem or enhancement.
7)Can successfully function within a project team or work independently.
8)Ability to translate business requirements into system functional specifications.

Java Developers- State Project - Long-Term

We are currently in need of several Java/J2EE Developers, who will be a professional, who applies a broad knowledge of engineering/automation concepts, practices and procedures.

Looking for candidates for Atlanta, GA and Richmond, VA

REQUIRED:
1)Must have at least 8 years of Java based development experience using Object Oriented methodology. 2)Strong programming experience with Java, J2EE, Servlets/JSP, EJB, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, Java Beans, JDBC, and Struts framework.
3)Strong programming experiences of Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, and UDDI), SOA technology, and AJAX.
4)Should have good working knowledge on building projects using ANT.
5)Knowledge on common Version Control Tools (Microsoft VSS, Subversion, CVS, etc.).
6)Familiarity with Application Server, Messaging, Database and IDE in a UNIX or Windows environment.
7)Strong programming experience with SQL.

PREFERRED: 

1)Prior health-care, insurance and/or Medicaid related experience.
2)Prior experience with JBoss / BEA Weblogic Application Server and basic administration.
3)Knowledge of O/R framework such as Hibernate.
4)Relational Database experience (i.e. DB2, Oracle etc)

QA Tester Position - Lacey, WA - Long-Term

Responsibilities

1)Executing and triaging manual, exploratory and functional testing for a commercial Web Application
2)Responsible to review Test plans and eventually write test plans
3)Responsible for executing release testing
4)Reporting, logging and tracking defects
5)As part of a Scrum team, you will test new features for existing case management software customers as well as bug fixes
6)You will collaborate with a testing partner, Scrum team members, business analysts and customers to ensure that requirements are well understood and capture the customer's expectation
7)As part of a Scrum team, you will meet the commitments of each two-week Sprint

Requirements

1)5+ years experience in software testing with Web Applications
2)Experience with writing Test plans
3)Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Office
4)Excellent communication skills especially in writing,Analytical problem solving skills,
Curious, inquisitive, and detail oriented
5)Fluid in HTML, DHTML, Transact SQL
6)Working knowledge of TFS is desired

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent is desired
